EVENT WAIVER (PDF) – READ BEFORE REGISTERING
In an effort to celebrate the Illinois senior soccer athletes and provide them with college exposure, the IHSSCA, in conjunction with TSA Recruiting, is hosting the Senior Classic All-Star Game. This event is regularly attended by hundreds of college coaches from all divisions. This is a great opportunity for these athletes to showcase their talents in their pursuit of playing collegiate soccer.
Notes
- Only the first 132 registrants (120 field players and 12 goalkeepers) will be accepted
- All participants must be seniors during the 2023-24 academic year
- Per IHSA rules, no juniors are eligible to participate
- Registration opens October 3 and will remain open until the field is filled
- Every player attending will get a complimentary recruiting profile via TSA Recruiting
- These profiles will be shared with the college coaches
- Colleges that have attended this event in previous years are listed below
- We expect additional NCAA Division I and II coaches to be in attendance this year due to the NCAA’s rules regarding the “dead period”
- Creating a profile is mandatory and must be done prior to the showcase
- Rosters and game schedules will be published on November 9
- A numbered game shirt will be provided for each senior during check-in, 45 minutes prior to game time. Each player will wear their own shorts, socks, shin guards and game shoes. Shin guards are mandatory for every player.
Game Schedule – Tuesday, November 14, 2023
- Game 1 – 4:30 pm
- Game 2 – 6:15 pm
- Game 3 – 8:00 pm
- Each game is 80 minutes in length (two 40-minute halves)
- Each game will have a five-minute warm-up and a five-minute halftime
